Instructions for use:
1. Chew one tablet for approx. 30 seconds.
2. Wipe teeth with tongue
3. Rinse mouth to remove excess solution.
4. The tablet will stain mature plaque blue and new plaque red. Red staining indicates areas you are missing occasionally and blue staining indicates areas that you are frequently missing.
5. Brush and floss teeth thoroughly to remove all staining.
